I’ve been putting off recording a second voice note as I have lots of topics I want to discuss but none of them are in-depth enough to be talked about. So instead, I decided to do a little mindfulness meditation.
Join me as I walk in the park engaging the 5 senses and share a breathing exercise I learned about in a meditation course.
